CANCEllATioN PoliCy For short term reservations of less than 28 days will require a cancellation notice of 48 hours prior to arrival, failure to comply will result in a charge of the first nights tariff. Long term reservations in excess of 28 days will require a cancellation notice of 7 days prior to arrival, failure to comply will result in a charge of the first 7 days tariff. Reservations shall be binding only if guaranteed in full bycredit/debit card or where prior credit arrangements have been

Credit Card details will be taken at the time of booking. Bank transfers accepted subject to payment being received in advance of arrival.
