Cancellation/Amendment of booking details, Non arrival policy prior to arrival

June to August 2013: All reservations are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-amendable. Minimum 7 nights stay required; to confirm reservation we require full payment upfront. No refunds are issued for shortening or cancelling any confirmed bookings. Dates are un-amendable. Reservation stays as it is originally booked. Extensions are subject to availability.

Bookings made for 1- 6 nights

(not applicable between 1 June to 31 August & 1 October to 20 December 2013)

72 hours notice required for 0% cancellation fee

bookings of 1-3 nights - less than 72 hours constitutes a 1 night charge

bookings of 4-6 nights - less than 72 hours constitutes a 2 nights charge

Bookings made for 7 nights+               (not applicable between 1 June to 31 August 2013 & 1 October to 20 December 2013)

bookings of 7-28 nights - less than 2 week notice constitutes a 7 night charge

bookings of 29-60 nights-less than 4 week notice constitutes a 14 night charge

Bookings of 60 nights+ - less than 6 week notice constitutes a 21 night charge

As a lower rate may have been given for longer stays, the daily/ weekly rate which was initially in place may increase, if there is a curtailment/ shortening of the stay prior to arrival.
