We are a leading provider of serviced apartments, specialising in the prime residential areas of London.

What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is a residential apartment, let on a daily basis in the same way as a hotel room. It is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a (chargeable) telephone line. A serviced apartment usually provides more space and flexibility than a typical hotel room. The apartment is cleaned at least once a week, (included within the price), with a change of all linen and towels. Other services (concierge, secretarial services) may be available, dependent on the choice of property.

Is there a minimum stay?

Most of our properties are available on a daily basis although some may have a minimum stay – please contact us to find out about the terms regarding your preferred property.

What does the price include?

Our rate includes the apartment, utilities and a weekly maid service. Each apartment is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, including cooking equipment, crockery, glasses, cutlery and linen.

What are your payment terms?

We accept the following methods of payment: all major credit cards, cheque and can take payment via bank transfer.

How do I make a reservation?

Our team of consultants is on hand from 9am to 6pm to help you with any aspect of your reservation.

What is Vat?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is the tax payable on all goods and services in the UK, rated as 17.5% till end 2009. From 4 January 2010 the rate will increase to 20%.
Vat charged By Serviced Apartments providers varies depending on the length of stay. The basic rate applies for the initial 28 days and a considerably lower rate thereafter. Please enquire
