Low season bookings (Jan to May & Oct to Dec)

 A booking deposit of £250+Vat is required.

 Upon a cancellation £250 + Vat will be retained. For Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival £500+ Vat deposit will be charged.

After arrival, the full rental will be retained in the event of an early departure.

High season Bookings (June to Sept)

 A booking deposit of £500+ Vat is required.

 Upon a cancellation £500+ Vat will be retained. For Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival the equal of one week’s rent will be retained.

  After arrival, the full rental will be retained in the event of an early departure.
