Presidential Apartments need to be advised 48 Hours prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred.
If less than 48 Hours notice is given the guest will be charged 1 night's accommodation if their stay is less than a week and 3 night's accommodation if the booking was in excess of 7 nights to 13 nights.
Bookings for 2 weeks or more will need to pay a 7 day deposit and give 2 weeks cancellation notice. Cancellations within this time will be charged 7 days.

No shows will be charged the full amount of the original booking.
